How does it work?
Choose at least four cookies from our monthly flavors, check out and we will handle the rest!
We get your order
We bake it fresh
We pack it up
We send it out
Because we are a small home bakery in North Carolina, we ship out once per week on Mondays. Your order must be received Friday at 4:00pm EST. Any orders received after that will be shipped the following Monday.
We ship to all 50 states using two-day shipping so your cookies will be as fresh as when they came out the oven. Our cookies are wrapped in eco-friendly bags and placed in a shipping friendly box.

We offer local delivery for a fee and pickup at various locations in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
We ship our Cookie Boxes within the United States. (Including Hawaii and Alaska) At this time, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Due to the highly perishable nature of our cookies, we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations or APO/FPO addresses.

Our vegan and gluten free cookies use substitutions where necessary.
Our cookies are always labeled with any allergy alerts.
Your individual order may include nuts. Seasonal cookies may also include sprinkles and fruit.

We think our cookies are the best way to celebrate a special occasion so if you’re ordering for a specific event, we strongly recommend ordering at least one week in advance just in case there are any issues that may arise.
Our cookies are happy in the freezer – just pop in an oven at 350 until warm to return to that home baked freshness!

Not to worry! If your order hasn’t shipped, we can make changes. Simply message us on social media during our business hours and let us know what’s going on.

You’ll get an email immediately after you place your order and receive another one the day your order leaves our oven mitts!
